Inspired by the classics in with meaning-making, Stoicism and wisdom, combined with the newest research in human development, we teach self-awareness and expression. Our team can inspire, deliver, and serve.

We started this service after years of encouragement to provide our perspectives on mental health and relationships to a larger audience through corporate trainings, public presentations, as well as small group and individual counseling. After the organization trainings and public presentations, I have had dozens of people ask where they can access more of my materials or make an appointment with me, so this is a start in that direction.
